There are semiconductors of certain materials. Their electrical resistance has to be somewhere between that of a conductor and a non-conductor. Whims of temperature or the part of dashes also influence the resistance.
The word “dashes” means the other substances mixed to the material. Semi-conductors are labeled as diodes of type-n or type-t according to the kind of complete material.
The combination of type-n and type-t semiconductors is necessary to make diodes and transistors. It’s known that these days the most actual substance for semiconductor production is silicon.
Semiconductor material is applied to produce diodes which are for keeping the stream of electrical current only in one direction. There is a piece of (positive) construction, - (negative) combination and so-called pn-transfer fixed as barrier level in every diode. Diodes create electrical circuits transforming among direct and alternating current. Only half of the processes or cycle is to be completed because diodes make current flow only in one direction. Specialists name such a junction a rectifier.
Concerning the light diodes known as LED, they are necessary to get light at little voltages not producing heat. In PC, video cameras and cell telephones, different equipment today one can see LED diodes as those diodes are applied to signal the idle mode.

The shape and size of the current sensor can differ depending on the kind of equipment. And the sensors may be little (like in several light detectors) or difficult in construction (detectors that sign radiation motion).
It’s still no chance for the current sensors to function on their own. The power system controllers are made to maintain careful control over many operations like opening or blocking circuit breakers in substation, controlling voltage, frequency, power flow and other system parameters, lowering or raising the planned interchange of power with the adjacent power systems, monitoring and reacting to different system alarms.
The dispatchers function well in all these circumstances if they are supplied with a detailed snap-shot of the power system. The data is delivered from some computers in different sub-stations. With the help of respective interfacing elements the state of CB’s, fuses holders, isolators and analog values such as MVAR, MW, Hz, Amps or others was fixed in the RTU. Russia and China are today the most active exporters in this sphere.
